Warnings

Caution: Do not take by mouth or place in nostrils. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist, consult a physician. Avoid contact with eyes. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage tightly or use with heating pads. Keep out of sight and reach of children. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area.

Ingredients

Menthol 2.75% w/w, Eucalyptus Oil 1.5% w/w. Also contains: Cupressus funebris Twig Wood Oil, Racemic Camphor, Thymol, Turpentine Oil and White Soft Paraffin.

Directions

Directions for topical use (in Adults and Children over 2 years): Remove the cap, and twist the bottom to release the ointment. Relief from nasal congestion and cough: Apply on the chest,  neck and back. Leave clothes loose for vapours to be inhaled easily. Relief from minor aches and pains: Rub on the affected parts. Clean the applicator top with a tissue after each use and place the cap on.
Steaming Application Method: Twist the bottom to fill 2 teaspoonfuls of ointment and add into a bowl partially filled with steaming water (NOT BOILING). Gently inhale the vapours with a towel over your head and bowl. Closely supervise children to avoid scalding. Discard bowl contents after use. May be repeated up to four times a day.
