Features

Ginger root (Zingiber officinale), Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea), White tea (Camellia sinensis).

Place 1 teaspoon of loose leaf in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7–10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk. Drink 2–3 cups daily.
