Features

Nettle (Urtica dioica), Red clover (Trifolium pratense), Dandelion leaf (Taraxacum officinale), Calendula (Calendula officinalis), Burdock (Arctium lappa).

Place 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7–10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled, with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk. Drink 2–3 cups daily.
