Yerba maté green & roasted (Ilex paraguariensis), Aloe vera bits (Aloe barbadensis), Coconut flakes (Cocos nucifera), Pineapple pieces (Ananas comosus).

Place 1 tea bag in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7–10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled, with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk. Drink 2–3 cups daily.
