High in Omega 3 (60% as ALA), Golden Flaxseed Oil is generally lighter in flavour than Brown Flaxseed Oil. This fresh, nutty-tasting oil can be used as a dipping oil, mixed with fruit smoothies, combined with other oils in salad dressings - or drizzled over rice, pasta or vegetables just prior to serving. Do not cook with flaxseed oil.

Depending on seasonal availability, Stoney Creek may offer either Australian Linseeds or the finest certified seed available from international sources to continue production.
