• Nettle is rich in vitamins A, B complex, and C plus minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, and iron.

Features

Use 1 teaspoon herb to 1 cup of boiled water up to 3 times daily. Steep for 5-8 minutes and strain. Half adult dose for children.
