Soothes Coughs, Indigestion & Diarrhoea

• Marshmallow may be soothing for coughs, sore throats and respiratory infection or inflammation. 
• May assist with indigestion and diarrhoea. 
• Anti-inflammatory, may soothe urinary tract upsets. 
• May be useful for babies if cooled tea is gently rubbed onto the gums for teething and pain relief. 
• Marshmallow has no relationship to the confectionery of the same name.

Features

Use 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of boiled water. Steep 5-8 mins and strain. Maximum 3 cups daily. Half strength for children under 12.
