Features

Infuse ½ to 1 teaspoon with 1 cup of near-boiling water. Steep for 8–10 minutes, strain and pour. Rosemary or ginger may be added to enhance flavour. Up to 2 cups daily per adult. Adjust to taste. Half strength for children.
