Iodosorb Ointment is a sterile cadexomer iodine formulation. When applied directly to wound, it absorbs fluids and debris forming a protective gel over wound surface at the same time.

Iodosorb Ointment swells and releases iodine to kill bacteria within the wound, helping to promote a wound-healing, clean environment, while accelerating healing rates and absorbing fluids and debris.
