Directions for Use:

Adults and children over 12 years – For general health and wellbeing, skin health and antioxidant support: Take 1–2 capsules, twice daily, with food. To relieve dry eyes: Take 2 capsules, twice daily, with food. Or take as directed by your health professional.

Cautions:

Sea buckthorn may increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery as it slows down blood clothing. It is recommended to discontinue its use 2 weeks before any scheduled surgery.
