1 Remove the thermometer's protective cover.
2 Press the Power button
3 Attach a new Braun lens filter.
4 Fit the probe snug into the ear canal
5 Push & release the Start button. A confirmation beep will sound when temperature has been taken.
6 Read the temperature
7 Remove from the ear canal and gently pull off the disposable lens filter.
8 Discard the used lend filter.
USAGE ADVICE
Always use the thermometer with an undamaged lend filter for each measurement to maintain accuracy and hygiene and reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Right ear and the left ear measurements can vary. Always take the temperature in the same ear.Use the untreated ear if drops or other medications have been placed in the ear canal.

The battery can cause severe or fatal injuries in 2 hours or less if it is swallowed or placed inside any part of the body.
