Frankincense is a tree resin that has been used and valued since ancient times for its medicinal, cosmetic, aromatic, and spiritual applications. It may be useful as an expectorant and is sometimes used in respiratory and cough formulations. The aroma is woody and earthy, with a slightly fruity/sweet, warm, spicy attitude.

Ingredients: BOSWELLIA SERRATA RESIN EXTRACT.

Massage:

Add 5 drops to 10ml carrier oil

Bath:

Add 5 drops in a full bath

Vaporise:

Add 8-10 drops in a bowl of vaporizer.
