The lavender essential oil may be used to gently relax and calm our spirit. It has been traditionally been used to improve sleep and general well-being.

It may also have antiseptic and analgesic properties which could ease the pain of a burn and prevent infection.

• May help revitalize skin.
• Traditionally used for all types of skin problems such as acne, oily skin, boils, burns, sunburn, wounds, psoriasis, lice, insect bites, and stings.
• May be beneficial for problems such as bronchitis, asthma, colds, and throat infections.
• May be helpful for muscular aches and pains.
• Traditionally calming, soothing, improves sleeplessness and has a soothing and calming effect on the nerves.
• May help with tension, panic, anxiety, and nervous exhaustion in general and could be useful for headaches, migraines, and insomnia.
• Ingredients: Lavendula Angustifolia Oil.
• Mist Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to the water chamber.
  
  Vapouriser: Add 8-10 drops to the heated recessed bowl.
  
  Topically: Use 2.5% dilution in carrier oil.
