- Snap off 45cm of PerioTape. Wind around the index finger of each hand, leaving about 10cm of tape between them.
- Gently guide the PerioTape between the teeth, sliding up and down the side of the teeth and gums.
- Repeat for each tooth using a clean section fo PerioTape.
